FinVoodoo privacy policy

What we store

• Daily sales totals and per-order amounts (money, dates and quantities) from your Shopify orders, used to forecast your payouts. We never request or store customer names, emails, addresses or phone numbers.
• Your Shopify Payments payouts, payout schedule and balance.
• What you enter: your bank balance, safety buffer, purchase orders, suppliers, expenses and what-if scenarios.
• If you turn on email alerts, the address you give us for them. We use it only to send those alerts.
• Your shop's Shopify access token, encrypted, so the app can read the data above.

How we use it

Only to calculate and show your cash forecast, and to send the alerts you opt into. We don't sell or share your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Deletion

When you uninstall FinVoodoo we stop syncing immediately. Shopify then sends us a deletion request 48 hours later, and we delete everything we hold for your shop at that point. Database backups are kept for at most 30 days, after which deleted data is gone from them too.
